I was genuinely perplexed by the abundance of alternatives when I first started searching for a 200-hour yoga teacher training program in my area. I wanted a location where I could study well, feel at ease, and advance both personally and professionally. I became aware that the program involved much more than just learning yoga poses once I enrolled. I encountered individuals from a variety of backgrounds, each with their own motivations for enrolling in the course. While some aspired to teach yoga, others just wanted to enhance their mental and lifestyle well-being. Being in the company of encouraging others makes learning simpler and more pleasurable. I never would have imagined how the training improved my self-confidence, self-discipline, and sense of self.
